In many ways, I admire the scientists who did the study. The study (documenting the symptoms claimed by PVS individuals) was a necessary first step in the analysis as to whether PVS actually exists. However, it is always difficult to do a study that you know - before you even begin - will be abused to spread dangerous misinformation.

But objective science requires it to be done. The information is needed by those actually seeking the truth of the matter.
