Unfortunately, most other employees who bust their asses for an employer don't get giant "gratitude payments" even if they (apparently, single handedly, if you listen to him) grow the company 10 fold.

P.s. Making a salary of 120K in your youth from daddy's company still counts as a ridiculous head start/handout from daddy.
